Role Overview
As a Trust and Safety Officer, you will be the first line of defense and the human face of corporate security inside a premium international financial office. You will maintain a safe, professional, and customer-centric environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.
This is not a perimeter security role but a strategic internal safety role, working closely with the leadership, employees, and international guests.
Ideal candidates will be those with strong leadership presence, outstanding communication skills, and a corporate hospitality mindset, capable of handling responsibility, emergencies, and high-profile visitors in a composed and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support:
Serve as the go-to person for any safety or security concerns raised by employees inside the campus.
Visible Presence:
Maintain high visibility in designated zones to deter incidents and respond to issues quickly.
Crisis Management:
React confidently during emergencies including medical, fire, and conflict situations, following global protocols.
Event & Executive Movement Security:
Coordinate security support for VIP movements and company events.
Command & Leadership:
Lead by example and ensure junior officers under your purview meet professional standards.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a service-first attitude--resolve queries, guide visitors, and support day-to-day operational flow.
Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams like GSOC, ISSC, IAC, and Global Amenity Services for seamless operations.
Process Adherence:
Follow all SOPs and company guidelines. Facilitate familiarization of any third-party systems.
Training & Compliance:
Participate in mandatory training, certifications, fire drills, and security simulations.
Technology Use:
Use security and administrative systems confidently (Microsoft Office, VMS, access control tools).
Post Rotation:
Rotate security positions regularly to build cross-functional expertise and operational agility.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any stream). Certifications in security/hospitality/first-aid are advantageous.
Experience:
1-5 years in corporate security/hospitality preferred. Freshers may also be considered if communication skills are excellent.
Age:
Up to 35 years.
Gender:
Open to all eligible male and female candidates.
Language Skills:
Must speak fluent
English and Hindi

A neutral English accent is preferred.
Knowledge of Kannada is helpful but not mandatory.
Candidates with
Gujarati or Marathi as their mother tongue
will be preferred, but it is not mandatory.
