Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets of pre-owned cars.
Handle walk-in customers, explain product details, features, and offers.
Conduct car demonstrations and test drives.
Negotiate pricing and finalize sales as per company guidelines.
Upsell finance, insurance, accessories, and extended warranties.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat/referral business.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
Ensure proper documentation, RC transfer, insurance, and delivery formalities.
Market Intelligence & Sourcing
Actively source cars through exchange programs and referrals.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
Ensure proper evaluation and inspection of pre-owned vehicles.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry registers, and follow-up records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric attitude with relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of automobiles, finance, and insurance.
Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred in Marketing/Business).
1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (new/pre-owned) preferred.
Freshers with strong selling skills may also be considered.
