Job Summary:



A True Value Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of pre-owned Maruti Suzuki vehicles, ensuring excellent customer service, evaluating used cars for exchange, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a mix of product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development



Actively sell certified used cars through the True Value platform. Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, and field visits. Convert inquiries into test drives and ultimately into sales. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
2.

Customer Interaction & Support



Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle options. Arrange and assist with test drives. Provide transparent information on pricing, vehicle history, financing, and insurance options. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
3.

Vehicle Evaluation & Procurement



Evaluate vehicles for trade-in or direct purchase using True Value standards. Coordinate with the valuation team and ensure fair pricing based on vehicle condition and market trends. Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle models and used car pricing trends.
4.

Documentation & Process Compliance



Ensure all customer documents are correctly collected and processed (RC transfer, insurance, financing, etc.). Maintain accurate records in the True Value software system. Follow all guidelines laid down by Maruti Suzuki and dealership management.
5.

After-Sales Follow-Up



Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and smooth documentation handover. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred. 1-3 years of experience in automobile or used car sales (preferred). Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/Dealer Management System). Two-wheeler with valid license (fieldwork may be required).

Performance Metrics:



Monthly sales numbers (units sold). Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Number of vehicle procurements (if applicable). Test drive to conversion ratio. Proper documentation and process adherence.
