Job Summary:

We are looking for a Truck Load Booking Executive to manage daily transport load bookings, communicate with drivers and clients, and ensure smooth dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi, and knowledge of Telugu, Kannada, or English will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle truck load bookings for full truck load (FTL) and part load (PTL).

Coordinate with transporters, brokers, and drivers for vehicle availability.

Negotiate freight rates and finalize bookings.

Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Maintain daily trip reports, LR/GR records, and payment follow-up.

Communicate with customers and update load status.

Resolve driver or customer issues during transit.

Ensure all documents (RC, insurance, permits) are valid before dispatch.

Maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transport vendors.

Support operations and billing team with accurate booking data.

Language Requirement:

Must know: Hindi (spoken & basic written)

Added advantage: Telugu / Kannada / English or any other regional language

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.

Experience: 0-3 years in transport, logistics, or truck booking preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Transport Apps).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
