A Technical Leadership & Collaboration




A Actively participates in agile ceremonies, cross-team interactions, and technical discussions.




A Guides and mentors distributed engineering teams; shares best practices and emerging technology insights.




A Own & provides technical support for production issues, leading troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.




A Offers regular progress updates and ensures clear, concise technical documentation.







A Software Development & Architecture




A Works with Lead Engineers/SMEs to build scalable, high-performing software solutions.




A Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA, JUnit, PostgreSQL.




A Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Docker.




A Experience with RESTful/Web Services on the Java platform.




A AWS hands-on experience or architectural knowledge (preferred).




A Travel domain knowledge (nice to have).

A Demonstrated ability in complex code development, application testing, and component design.




A Identifies and resolves performance bottlenecks.




A Strong understanding of technology, design patterns, and architectural principles.

A What We're Looking For




A BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.




A 12+ years of strong Java development experience.




A Solid understanding of AWS services and microservices architecture.




A Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.




A Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.




A Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, ELK stack).




A Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
