Job Description

. Proven experience working as a Senior Application support or similar IT role - mainly JAVA related applications.


. Familiarity with all business functions required within an IT development/support team.


. Experience of supporting applications hosted in AWS.


. ITIL knowledge - Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management.


. Familiar with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Datadog, Splunk etc..


. Technical experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle/PostGre/PLSQL, Core JAVA/J2EE, OOPS concepts, Middleware technologies etc..


. Excellent communication skills.


. Problem solving, analytical mind, organising and time management skills.


. Knowledge of versioning/repositories like GitHub, SVN etc.


. Knowledge in Airline domain is an added advantage.


. Nice to have experience in DevOps.


. Flexible to work in shifts, On-Call support on weekends.
