We're looking for a Customer Success & Adoption Manager to support professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You will play a key role in ensuring customers realize full value from our construction design solutions, including BIM, CAD, or other planning and modeling software. From onboarding to long-term adoption and engagement, you'll help industry professionals integrate our tools seamlessly into their workflows.Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and train customers on construction design software (e.g., BIM, CAD, collaboration platforms). - Drive product adoption by aligning features to AEC workflows.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.- Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities. - Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback and feature requests. - Create tutorials, training materials, and case studies specific to the construction design process.
