We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT industry and proven exposure to the government sector. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, manage government tenders and RFPs, and build long-term relationships with public sector clients.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within government sector accounts.- Lead end-to-end bid management for government tenders, RFPs, and proposals.- Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and procurement departments.- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored IT solutions (software, infrastructure, services).- Track industry trends and government policies relevant to IT procurement.- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).- 7-10 years of business development experience in the IT industry.- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance.- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and EOI documents.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
