Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-driven sales professional to lead and grow our exclusive Adobe and Bluebeam software business in the eastern region of India. The role demands frequent travel across three key states - WB, Odisha, and Assam - to engage clients, pitch solutions, and close deals.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of Adobe & Bluebeam solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.- Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution consultations.- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.- Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and solution delivery.- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.- Travel extensively across the three assigned states.Requirements:- Graduate in B.Sc. or B.Com.- 3-4 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT/software domain.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Local candidates preferred.- Exposure to Adobe or Bluebeam or similar design/documentation tools is a strong plus.- Strong sales mentality - aggressive, self-driven, and target-focused.
