We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development professional to promote and sell GIS so ware, BIM, and CAD-based solutions and consul ng services in the North East India region. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, a good understanding of geospatial and design so ware, and fluency in one or more local North Eastern languages to engage effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and business growth for GIS, BIM, and CAD so ware solutions (such as ESRI, Autodesk products). - Build strong relationships with government departments, infrastructure companies, consultants, and educational institutions. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, client segments, and project leads. - Represent the company at regional trade shows, seminars, and industry events. - Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demonstrations, and presentations. - Coordinate with internal teams for solution customization and post-sales support. - Maintain and update CRM with lead and client interaction details. - Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geography, Planning, Architecture, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of GIS, BIM, CAD, or related technical so ware. - Ability to speak in local language preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively across North East India.
