Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-driven sales professional to lead and grow our exclusive Adobe and Bluebeam so ware business in the eastern region of India. The role demands frequent travel across three key states - WB, Odisha, and Assam - to engage clients, pitch solutions, and close deals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Adobe & Bluebeam solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. - Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution consultations. - Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and solution delivery. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. - Travel extensively across the three assigned states. Requirements: - Graduate in B.Sc. or B.Com. - 5+ years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT/so ware domain. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Local candidates preferred. - Exposure to Adobe or Bluebeam or similar design/documentation tools is a strong plus. - Strong sales mentality - aggressive, self-driven, and target-focused.
