Trip Support Specialist - Global Aviation Operations (World Kinect)
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Shift: Rotational (24/7 Operations)

About the Role

As a Trip Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient international flight operations. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end trip logistics: ground handling, permits, flight following, hotel & transport arrangements.
Manage customs services, including Canpass forms and Border Overflight Exemptions.
Maintain and update trip data in the Falcon system, including cost estimates.
Provide after-hours support for fuel quotes and arrangements.
Ensure quality assurance for assigned trips and maintain real-time updates.
Act as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts.
Promote and communicate the full suite of WFS Trip Support services to clients.
Participate in the operations communication rotation, handling calls, emails, and aviation traffic systems (SITA/AFTN).

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree preferred; aviation-related education is a plus.
5-10 years of experience in aviation, flight planning, or airport operations.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn aviation software quickly.
Ability to work independently and handle rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Bonus SkillsExperience as a pilot or in trip planning is highly valued.
Knowledge of General Aviation and international flight regulations.
Ability to speak Afrikaans is a plus (not mandatory).
