We are seeking a skilled

Trimmer Operator

experienced in

Bolt Machine Operations

to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating trimmer machines used in bolt manufacturing, ensuring production quality, machine efficiency, and timely delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

Trimmer Machines

used for bolt production. Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements. Inspect bolts and fasteners to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines when needed. Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor. Follow all

safety and quality standards

during operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Practical experience in operating

bolt trimmer machines

. Knowledge of

bolt sizes, threading, and trimming process

. Ability to identify production or mechanical issues quickly. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and safety practices. Team player with good communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a

bolt or fastener manufacturing company

. Familiarity with

Trimmer and Threading Machines

. Basic mechanical knowledge for setup and adjustment.
