Trims Sourcing Executive-

responsible for procuring all the small components, or "trims," used in the production of garments, accessories, or other products. This includes items like buttons, zippers, thread, labels, and other essential materials. to identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of these trims to meet production needs Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best terms for the company Managing trim inventory levels, forecasting needs to avoid shortages or excess, and ensuring timely delivery of materials Ensuring that all procured trims meet the required quality standards and specifications Working to reduce costs through better negotiation, alternative sourcing, and vendor performance evaluations
