We are looking for a Trial Coordinator to manage and coordinate trial classes for prospective students. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduation (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Familiarity with online education platforms is an added advantage
Prior experience in sales or the education sector is preferred
Responsibilities :
Trial booking / creating on LMS
Trial approval request form Attend Trial ( In given time slot )
Feedback for trial
Coordinate with students to timely join the trial, Or if they are facing any issues
Coordinate with advisors, if any are not responding or not joined
Timely join, meetings
Attentive and available at working slots
Response asap if there are any questions on groups
Maintain working sheetThank you for your time and assistance.
Required Skills :
Excellent communication skills.
Should have personal laptop and a WIFI Connection.
Only FEMALE candidates preferred .
Very good coordination skills required .
Should be good with Excel and google spreadsheets .
Immediate Joiner required.
