As a Trek Coordinator Intern, you'll ensure smooth operations during treks -- from pre-departure coordination to on-ground execution -- while ensuring every participant enjoys a safe and memorable adventure.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
trek operations
, including guest management, logistics, and scheduling.
Assist in
briefing trekkers
about itinerary, safety guidelines, and environmental responsibility.
Work closely with trek leaders, campsite teams, and drivers for smooth ground coordination.
Help manage
trek equipment, permits, and supplies
before and after each batch.
Handle
guest communication
-- answer queries, manage feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
Support in
emergency handling, first aid, and risk management
when required.
Prepare daily trek reports and maintain attendance/inventory records.
Contribute to
content creation
(photos, videos, stories) for social media during treks.
