Manage and oversee daily production activities during assigned shifts.
Ensure production schedules, raw material usage and targets are met efficiently.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
Identify and resolve any operational issues to prevent delays.
2. Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP).
Monitor product quality and take corrective action when required.
Conduct routine hygiene and safety checks on the production floor.
3. Team Supervision & Training
Manage shift staff, ensuring proper coordination and teamwork.
Train workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety measures.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Equipment & Safety Oversight
Ensure smooth operation of machinery and report maintenance needs.
Enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
Maintain and train Employees or machine usage.
5. Inventory & Reporting
Track raw material usage and report shortages well ahead.
Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and shift reports.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely material availability.
Qualification:
UG/
Diploma in Food Technology
injection moulding domain Experiences.
Experiences 5-6 Years.
