Treatment Coordinator

who is passionate about patient care, highly organized, and driven to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities (Brief Overview):

Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients Address patient queries, gain acceptance, and guide them through the treatment journey Clarify financials, timelines, pre-payment policies, and cancellation norms Develop knowledge across dental procedures: Implants, Orthodontics, Smile Design, etc. Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and treatment follow-ups Achieve production and conversion goals set by the corporate team Engage in wellness programs, patient referrals, and feedback collection Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports Stay informed about latest dental trends and technologies Collaborate with clinical teams and management for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate with minimum 1

years of experience/freshers can also apply

(BDS +MBA / MHA preferred) Strong in communication, presentation, negotiation, and patient handling Knowledge of dental operations, financial planning, and MS Office tools Ability to multitask, stay accountable, and work in a fast-paced setup

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
