Job description
Responsibilities :

• Work with Support team in shift for assisting L1 and L2 issues of Treasury systems
• Communicate with business users and resolve the issues of Front office, middle office and Back-office users.
• Analyze and work on the L2 issues and provide RCA for the required issues.
• Provide detailed ticket resolution for all levels of tickets and if required assign it to the respective teams

Skills requirement :

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Support role
• Good hands on practice on Linux commands and windows systems.
• Must have understanding on CCIL, Swift
• Good to have understanding on Metagrid, Ekuber, Web based application
• Should be able to analyse logs of any systems and provide RCA or way forward
• Should be good at communication and pro active at the communication with the client
• Should always be proactive to communicate with vendors and business users
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
