GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, leads, manages and motivates staff.
Monitors staff performance, works with Human Resources on issues, works with employees to implement goals and document progress.
Determines corporate cash requirements and maintains appropriate cash flow.
Manages and reviews the preparation of cash flow forecasts, investment portfolio performance analysis and other financial reports.
Oversees movement of any excess cash to and from investment vehicles.
Identifies foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and recommends hedging transactions to senior management.
Researches and recommends investment options available for short-term cash positions to senior management.
Ensures compliance with credit facilities.
Communicates with rating agencies.
Maintains relationships with bank group.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
