- Actively engage with existing and potential lenders and investors to raise debt liabilities and assist the Head-Treasury in day-to-day management.
- Relationship management with various lenders/bankers/investors/lawyers etc.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and recommending best practice
- Overseeing timely execution of all commercial paper documents, bank borrowing documents, and bank borrowing compliance. Ensuring all SOPs are followed properly
- Assist in the closure of audit resolution of queries of all internal/external auditors
- Keeping tight controls on the opening and closure of bank accounts
- Maintaining and Monitoring the Monthly/quarterly/annual report with Stakeholders
