Job Title Treasury Analyst

What does the Treasury Department do?

The Treasury Department is primarily located in Alpharetta, Georgia and reports up through the CFO\xe2\x80\x99s organization. The Department manages and oversees Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, cash and investments, and various other activities.

What you will do:

Be responsible for performing tasks associated with Corporate Bank Account Management per below:
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations
\xc2\xb7 Focus on continuous improvement in bank account management processes; including but not limited to automation of workflows and efficient maintenance required documentation specially for audit trails
\xc2\xb7 Assist in maintaining multiple online banking platforms throughout the globe (50+ portals, 1K+ users)
\xc2\xb7 Assist in maintaining BAWeb and SAP S4 Hana bank administration databases
\xc2\xb7 Support bank fee analysis and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to include manage and maintain BRMEdge software solution

What you will need to have:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline
\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in a similar role.
\xc2\xb7 The candidate will have excellent communication skills with an acute attention to detail, a solid understanding of finance, a high degree of professionalism and business maturity
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and is eager to learn new things
\xc2\xb7 Advanced proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations
\xc2\xb7 Internal customer-oriented and able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, telephone, or video conference
\xc2\xb7 Proactive and motivated to be involved in special projects to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of Treasury operations
\xc2\xb7 Able to organize and schedule work effectively and maintain a sense of urgency
\xc2\xb7 Able to work well autonomously under time constraints
\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a fast-paced environment
\xc2\xb7 Able to problem solve and troubleshoot
\xc2\xb7 Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and meet deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and good judgment with sensitive data
\xc2\xb7 Able to deploy project management skills to ensure completion of tasks efficiently and on-time

What would be great to have:

\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge and understanding of banking products and services preferred, along with experience in participating in or managing treasury projects
\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle, Power BI
