Role Overview
As a
Traveling Outside Sales Representative
, you will be the face of our brand in the U.S. market. This role involves extensive travel across your assigned U.S. territory to build strong relationships with retailers, grow accounts, and drive business development efforts on the ground.
You'll work closely with our India-based
inside sales and operations teams
who support you with lead generation, logistics, and fulfillment--allowing you to focus on
in-person selling, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a defined U.S. territory for lab-grown diamond jewelry sales.
Travel across multiple U.S. states for in-person meetings, store visits, and relationship-building.
Prospect, pitch, and onboard new jewelry retailers and distributors.
Expand existing accounts by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal India-based sales and fulfillment teams for end-to-end support.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and territory insights regularly.
Represent the brand at retail meetings, trade shows, and industry events in the U.S.
Required Qualifications & Skills (Must-Have)
Minimum
5 years of experience
in B2B sales, business development, or key account management (preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, SaaS, or BPO sales).
Educational background in the U.S.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with F1/OPT/H1B experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially in engaging U.S. store owners and retail buyers.
High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to manage solo travel and independent work.
Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Valid
B1/B2 visa
or previous travel experience to the U.S.
Prior exposure to
luxury retail, jewelry, or branded goods
sales.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
, route planning, and field sales tracking.
