Job Description

The Travel & Tourism Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and promoting travel services and tourism-related activities. The role involves assisting clients with travel arrangements, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting tourism operations to enhance visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients with travel planning, tour packages, and itinerary preparation Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and tour activities Provide accurate information about destinations, visas, travel requirements, and tourism services Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and transport providers Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Promote tourism packages and services to customers Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details Ensure compliance with tourism regulations and company policies

Requirements & Skills:



Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred) Prior experience in travel or tourism operations is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of travel booking systems and basic computer skills Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment:



Office-based with occasional travel, site visits, or field work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
