Travel Support Manager (Remote)
Full time, India
As a Travel Support Manager, you will

• Assist in driving travel program savings for customers by increased usage of contracted suppliers
• Contribute to the climate of active continuous improvement of processes, procedures & systems
• Assist with application training
• Utilise company provided CRM to document and support all account management activities including keeping information up to date.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Online Booking Tools (OBT) products and other BCD-approved technology products

About you

• Relevant experience in account management or management role
• Knowledge of business travel management (Account Management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High level of attention to detail & the efficient & effective handling of all requests
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
