Travel Support Manager (Remote)

Full time, India

As a Travel Support Manager, you will

Assist in driving travel program savings for customers by increased usage of contracted suppliers Contribute to the climate of active continuous improvement of processes, procedures & systems Assist with application training Utilise company provided CRM to document and support all account management activities including keeping information up to date. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Online Booking Tools (OBT) products and other BCD-approved technology products

About you

Relevant experience in account management or management role Knowledge of business travel management (Account Management) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High level of attention to detail & the efficient & effective handling of all requests Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
