: Travel Support Executive position overview
The Travel Support Executive will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel requirements, including bookings, itinerary planning, issue resolution, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to flights, hotels, visas, and travel insurance.
Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and pricing.
Assist in booking and confirming reservations across multiple platforms.
Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in travel support, customer service, or ticketing.
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and online booking tools.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations.
