Answer and make customer calls in a professional manner
Respond to emails, WhatsApp, and social media messages promptly
Provide information about tours, packages, and travel options
Maintain booking records and follow up with clients
Coordinate with the operations team for upcoming tours
Assist with resolving customer inquiries and complaints politely
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (extra languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in customer service or travel industry (preferred but not required)
