Role Overview
The Travel Process Associate will assist customers through written communication channels such as email, chat, text, and social media. You will handle travel-related queries, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional service through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through non-verbal written channels
Help customers with travel-related concerns and provide accurate solutions
Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Demonstrate empathy, accuracy, and clarity in communication
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience preferred
Strong written English communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
Salary:
?26,000-?38,000 CTC (Based on experience & interview)
