About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Travel Sales & Operations Executive
who can manage end-to-end travel coordination, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both sales and backend operations within the travel/tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from customers.
Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, packages, sightseeing, transfers, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners for best pricing.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
Ensure seamless travel operations from booking until the customer returns.
Maintain sales reports, booking records, and client communication logs.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Achieve monthly targets related to sales and operations efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Male candidate preferred.
2-3 years of experience
in the travel industry, specifically in
Sales & Operations
.
Strong knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and industry trends.
Ability to handle B2C/B2B travel queries efficiently.
Proficiency in travel booking tools, portals, and ticketing systems (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges independently.
Salary Range
?25,000 to ?35,000 per month
Open to negotiation based on skills, experience, and suitability
