Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who can actively manage Sales & Operations for Travel packages

Sales Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries for domestic, international, and trade fair travel packages Converting leads into bookings through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Creating customised travel itineraries and quotations Maintaining strong relationships with B2C clients and B2B travel agents Achieving monthly sales targets Strong sales and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to negotiate effectively Excellent knowledge of International destinations Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends Ability to speak languages in addition to English preferred

Operations & Backend Responsibilities

Flight ticketing (Domestic & International) Hotel bookings and coordination with suppliers Visa documentation and assistance Travel insurance and forex coordination Vendor coordination (DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport) Handling pre-departure and post-booking support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in travel sales or travel operations preferred Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an advantage Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) Passion for travel and tourism

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related field

Experience working as a travel agent (Optional)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday -- 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

Saturday -- 10:00 am to 03.00 pm

Language Preference (spoken) -- Gujarati, Tamil, Marathi

Reading / Writing skills -- Fluency in English
