We're looking for a
proactive and energetic individual
to handle both
travel sales and marketing
to drive lead generation, convert inquiries, and boost brand visibility.
Role: Travel Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and referrals
Consult with clients to understand preferences and budgets
Share customized itineraries and proposals
Follow up effectively and close bookings
Maintain CRM and lead trackers
Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
Lead Generation
Proactively generate leads through social media, partnerships, WhatsApp groups, and cold outreach
Identify B2B and freelance visa consultants for collaboration
Marketing
Plan and post daily Instagram Reels, stories, and carousel posts
Coordinate with the design team to prepare engaging travel content
Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google)
Grow organic reach and build a content calendar
Monitor performance metrics and engagement analytics
You Should Have:
1-2 years of experience in
travel sales or digital marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Instagram & Canva
Basic understanding of destinations, itineraries, and ticketing
Proficiency in Google Sheets/CRM tools
