Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Travel Sales Team Leader

to lead, motivate, and support our travel sales team in achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients plan unforgettable travel experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets. Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to support professional growth. Foster a positive, high-energy, and customer-focused team environment.

Operational Excellence



Ensure all bookings and transactions are processed accurately and in line with company policies. Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and report performance to senior management. Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, supplier contracts, and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills



Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum

5-10 years of experience

in travel sales, with at least

4-5 years in a supervisory or team lead role

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the travel or hospitality industry.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved. Team productivity and conversion rates. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Accuracy and compliance of bookings and transactions. Team engagement and turnover rate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
