About the job We are looking for enthusiastic and smart working interns, willing to work with us for a long. It is a Work From Home job, with flexible timing, 4-5 hours of work a day. Candidates must be active on social media. No requirements for a Laptop / PC. Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for cold calling and searching for new clients on social media. They must speak to clients professionally and listen to their requirements. They will also be expected to make sales. Other responsibilities include providing customer service, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with any sales initiatives. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also have a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques. Qualifications Minimum qualification 12th-pass is required. Candidates must be confident and have good communication and conversion skills. Speaking ability in English, Bengali and Hindi is a must. Remunerations No fixed salary. Terms of remuneration are 25% of net revenue generation per sale. Benefits The company will pay a monthly bonus(5%) depending on performance.
