Job Overview

We are looking for a

self-driven, tech-savvy, and travel-enthusiastic

individual to join our growing team as a

Travel Sales Executive

. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable using digital and AI tools, and passionate about creating memorable travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

client queries

and drive

sales of customized travel packages

.

Prepare package costings

and

create itineraries

using

AI tools

and other digital resources.

Prepare, share, and follow up

on itineraries, quotations, and confirmations in a timely manner. Maintain

customer management hygiene

, including prompt responses and consistent follow-ups. Work within fixed hours, ensuring

daily progress reports

and proper communication with the management team. Maintain

office hygiene

, including structured reporting and no unnotified absences. Keep customer and sales data organized using

MS Word and Excel

. Develop and update knowledge of

regional geography, destinations, and experiences

. Ensure a

smooth, professional, and friendly communication experience

for every client.

Skills & Requirements

Self-driven

with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Passionate about travel

and eager to explore destinations across the Northeast.

Technically savvy

, with the ability to learn and use new tools (including AI-powered travel planning tools). Good working knowledge of

MS Word and Excel

. Excellent

communication skills

in

English, Hindi, and Assamese

. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to consistent performance.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
