Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry offers.
Maintain records of sales, client communications, and bookings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Travel & Tourism or related stream).
3-5 years of proven experience in travel sales.
Excellent
communication
and
convincing
skills.
Strong customer service orientation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking platforms.
