inside sales

or telesales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or luxury services sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage and convert potential leads via phone and digital platforms Customer-focused with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Company
, generate interest, and

close sales on the call

Clearly communicate cruise packages, features, benefits, and pricing Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable cruise options Address customer queries with up-to-date and accurate product information Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Collaborate with the team to share strategies and improve conversion rates Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings Stay updated on industry trends, offers, and service enhancements Maintain a
