Role Description

Explore And More is looking for a driven Travel Sales Executive who can independently generate leads and convert them into confirmed travel bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, outbound sales, and performance-based earnings. You will not depend on company-generated enquiries.

Generate self-sourced travel leads Understand client travel requirements and budgets Pitch premium domestic & international travel experiences Coordinate internally for itineraries and costing Close bookings and ensure timely payment collection Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM / Excel Build repeat and referral business

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality client support Proven ability in sales and an understanding of sales processes Proficient in sales management with a proven record of achieving monthly revenue targets Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills 3-4 years of experience in B2C travel sales Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-ups

Compensation Structure:

Fixed monthly salary of ?20,000-?25,000, along with attractive incentives and performance-linked bonuses.
