Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate must be from the Tour & Travel industry with a passion for delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, bookings, and providing complete travel solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel enquiries, bookings, and tour packages. Handle phone calls, emails, and chat support in English and Hindi. Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel documents. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during peak seasons. Must be from the Tour & Travel industry (freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
