You will interact with customers to understand their travel needs, create customized itineraries, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, or walk-ins and provide information on travel destinations, tour packages, and pricing.
Prepare and present customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
Promote domestic and international holiday packages to new and existing customers.
Generate sales through outbound calls, follow-ups, and networking.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors for reservations and confirmations.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the system.
Provide excellent post-booking support and handle any customer concerns promptly.
Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, tour operations, or related field.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or any other background
