Travel Sales Executive

Job Description

The Travel Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their travel requirements, and selling suitable holiday packages, hotels and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate with customers via calls, messages, or emails to understand their travel needs. Sell domestic and international holiday packages. Prepare and sell customized tour itineraries. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Manage bookings for hotels, cabs. Guide clients throughout the travel process. Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets. Update data in the CRM and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and convincing skills Knowledge of the travel industry (destinations, hotels, packages) Problem-solving ability Negotiation skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Qualifications:



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate Experience in travel or sales preferred Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Salary:



?8,000 - ?12,000 (depending on experience) + incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
