Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries for domestic and international packages
Understand client requirements and create customized itineraries
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, DMCs, airlines) for quotations and confirmations
Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, visas, and packages
Handle customer follow-ups and post-sales support
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inquiries received via
social media platforms
(Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
Assist in basic
social media engagement
such as replying to DMs, comments, and lead follow-ups
Handle
forex billing
, invoicing, and coordination related to foreign exchange transactions
Requirements:
Prior experience in travel sales or travel agency operations preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of international destinations and visa processes is an advantage
Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp sales, and email communication
Basic knowledge of forex billing and invoicing (training can be provided)
