We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Travel Consultant (Sales)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound sales leads, consult with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for VOYE HOMES properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Lead creation and management.
Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable VOYE HOMES properties.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams for booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Upsell and cross-sell holiday homes, packages, and offers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business).
0-2 years of experience in travel sales, reservations, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
