Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide details about our properties.
Assist customers with bookings, availability checks, and pricing information.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain booking records and update reservation systems accurately.
Provide friendly, professional customer support across phone, email, and chat.
Skills & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with booking systems is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
