Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls related to international and domestic travel. Understand the customer's travel needs and recommend suitable packages. Assist customers with online bookings. Answer travel-related queries on pricing, destinations, group sizes, and itinerary Maintain records of conversations in CRM Cross-sell and upsell other services like insurance, visa, etc
