to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, converting inquiries into bookings, and delivering exceptional service for domestic and international travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound
sales calls
to warm and cold leads from WhatsApp, JustDial, Facebook, TripClap, and other sources
Handle inbound inquiries from walk-ins, calls, and online platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations using internal tools
Follow up with clients and close bookings within a defined timeline
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to get competitive rates
Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, sales calls, and conversions in the CRM
Assist customers with visa, travel insurance, and documentation
Cross-sell services like flights, hotels, cabs, and travel add-ons
Provide pre- and post-travel support ensuring high customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and daily activity KPIs (calls, leads, closures)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in travel sales (retail or B2B)
Strong destination knowledge (India & International)
Good communication in English and Kannada (Hindi preferred)
Strong sales calling ability with confidence to pitch and close deals over phone
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Target-driven with strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality
Experience with OTA platforms or DMCs
Familiarity with visa processing and international travel requirements
