About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, enthusiastic Sales Executive (Female) to join our fast-growing travel tech startup. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and play a key role in converting travel inquiries into happy, paying customers.
This isn't your typical 9-5. If you're driven, people-first, and ready to own your pipeline, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to inbound leads from social media, ads, and referrals
Make outbound calls to qualify leads and understand their travel needs
Maintain clear communication with customers in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Collaborate with our operations team to close leads and finalize packages
Own your client relationships end-to-end - from lead to post-sale
Work closely with Marketing and Ops to improve sales funnels and campaign feedback
Participate in on-site events, corporate activations, and promotional campaigns as needed
Help maintain strong relationships with corporates, vendors, and partners
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in sales (travel industry is a plus)
Great communicator and listener with multilingual fluency
Comfortable using CRM tools or lead management systems
Self-driven with a hustler mindset - you take ownership, not just follow instructions
Willing to work flexibly and travel occasionally
Team player who thrives in a small, fast-moving startup setup
