We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Promote tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel services to customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy client database
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth booking execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (travel industry preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to convince and close sales effectively
Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and social media platforms
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
