Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

travel expert

with a passion for sales and customer service to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

2 years of experience

in outbound calling and travel package sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their travel needs, and offering customized domestic and international tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to promote and sell travel packages. Understand the customer's travel requirements and offer suitable packages (domestic and international). Present and explain travel itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, inclusions, and terms clearly. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by building trust and offering expert consultation. Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversion. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments (ticketing, operations, visa, etc.) to ensure smooth trip execution. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, airline offers, and tour products.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in outbound sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations. Ability to handle objections and provide prompt, effective solutions. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or any related field. Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment. Multilingual skills are a plus.
