AvaniHolidays is looking for Sales executive in travel who will assist our clients in making the best decisions about their travel arrangements and possesses the ability to convert the leads into sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
Being a sales person-Travel, he/she should possess excellent knowledge and be thorough acquainted with domestic and International destinations.
As a travel Sales consultant, he/she should also be able to customize itineraries according to the preferences and requirements of the customer.
His/Her job responsibilities would also require him to undertake regular follow ups with clients and vendors and satisfy their requirements in the most efficient way.
The candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be thoroughly fluent in English.
He/She should also be comfortable with handling heavy phone volume and e-mail conversations.
As a part of the job, the candidate will also be expected to understand and learn the various aspects of Indian and world geography, and be very familiar with the various tourist destinations around the world.
The job of a travel sale consultant will also require the candidate to negotiate unique deals with clients.
Other qualities expected of the candidate are excellent team coordination; follow up skills, perfect attention to detail and accuracy, filling important documents and maintenance of records in both soft and hard copy.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience- Fresher
Qualification- Graduate, Post Graduate.
Skills- Good Communication, Ms Word, Ms Excel.
